Who we are

We are a bakery devoted to one thing: Making sweetness fell good.

At the heart of our menu are our signature giant 5-inch Rolls—soft, fluffy, generously filled, and made to be savored. Cinnamon is our starting point, but creativity is a part of our DNA. Alongside our classic rolls, we craft flavors like pistachio and Nutella, with seasonal varieties rolling out throughout the year to celebrate spring, summer, fall and winter.

What truly sets us apart is how we bake.

we use 100% organic ingredients, including imported Italian flour, chosen for its quality and gentle digestibility. Our dough is given time—rising slowly for four to five hours before baking—allowing flavor to develop naturally and making each roll lighter, softer, and easier on the stomach.

We keep things simple and intentional: less processed ingredients, less added sugar, and no shortcuts. Every decision is made with care, so you can enjoy a sweet treat that feels indulgent without feeling heavy.
